Spaghetti Cake

For April Fool's day I like to make an interesting meal for my family. This year I went with spaghetti and meatballs. Only it only looked like spaghetti and meatballs. It was really cake. My daughter thought I had put frosting on spaghetti noodles. The meatballs are actually cake balls. I offered some to my niece the next day and she was like, "no thanks." She quickly changed her tune when I assured her it was frosting not pasta! It was fun to do.

Happy Fall

Got to make a fun fall themed cake the other day. I love fall colors, they are just so fun and warm. I enjoyed making this cake, and it was for a good cause. It was for the libraries silent auction fund raiser.
