Buffalo Bills

I recently had a great challenge. To make a football helmet cake for a birthday! Not just any football team, the Buffalo Bills. I was ready for this challenge and enjoyed making it. It was a challenge, and took time. I was pretty happy with how it came out though. I loved the football field that it was sitting on. Also, I was pleased with the buffalo logo. While making it I was kind of wishing he was a fan of a team with an easier logo, (like the Cowboys) but in the end, I was glad for the challenge and super happy with the way it turned out. I will admit, after 2 tries and broken parts, I gave in and used a wire support for the face mask. The rest is all edible though.
